Edge of Light

A clear blue sky, beneath it a bank of dark clouds, at the edge of which the light breaks through. This single bright moment above the vast, purple-flowering heath is what makes the work for me.
Edge of Light is part of my new series The Season Between. A touch of summer still, a touch of autumn already. Vast skies, wide open spaces, and the light slowly changing.
